QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

  • Exchanges: Should you need a different size or color in the same style dress, please call 1-855-373-7736. Final Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Refunds: Regular priced items may be returned for a full refund, unless otherwise stated. You can receive a refund for the maximum of 3 qualifying items per order.
  • Store Credit: Sale items may be returned for a full store credit, unless otherwise stated. Store credit is valid for 5 years from issue date.
  • Final Sale: All items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged

You must request a return authorization number and ship the item back within 7 days after receiving your order.

A prepaid shipping label request can be made during the RA request process, or you can provide your own label using any other trackable method. If you use our prepaid shipping label, a shipping & handling fee of $8.95 for the first item and $4.95 for each additional item returned will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Orders with multiple regular priced items may receive a refund for a maximum of 3 items. Each additional regular priced item may be returned for store credit only.

All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, salable, with original tags and packaging. Items returned with signs of obvious use may be subject to the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.


Step 1: Request a Return Authorization # within 7 days of receiving your product.


Step 2: Put product and paperwork in box.


Step 3: Write Return Authorization # on the outside of the shipping box.


Step 4: Ship within 7 days of receiving your order.

All returns require a valid Return Authorization # (RA). You must request an RA # and ship the item back within 7 days from receiving your order.

Once we receive a return, please allow 5-10 business days to process the refund/store credit.

Exchange option is not available if you purchased using Afterpay.

All international customers are responsible to pay any and all fees when shipping back an item (duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.)

We do not offer exchanges for international customers.
