Dress is exactly what I saw at a local shop and when they couldn't get the right size, I found this site. I purchased the dress for less as well. Only complaint was the way the dress was shipped. It could have very easily been ruined and I was very nervous when I received it packaged how I did.
I had received the dress and within 24 hours sent an email wanting to return it as it did not fit well. They refused to return it. I wrote back saying I was within my rights as your return policy states you can return within 48 hours. They have not replied. I will never purchase from this company again.
The first dress I order the zipper became broken, an honest mistake and the customer service team very nice working with. The second dress came and it was also broken, but worse! The zipper was not properly sewn in with loose threads and sticky out making it look like I have a tail! Currently working with the customer service team to get a full refund, hopefully it gets approved because like I said the zipper was not sewn in correctly and the dress is unacceptable!
They only offer credit no refund and every dress I have picked the sizing is off, now iam stuck with this eggy credit and no dress

Beautiful dress but it was hard to get it on the lining on the inside of the dress does not line up to the lace of the dress….I up the dess size to a Large when I odered it…I was afraid to wear it because when I took it off the lace seam of the dress came apart a little….I couldn’t return it because it was final sale. This is the first dress I purchased that didn’t fit! Im sad because it is a beautiful dress but afraid it will come apart somewhere else, maybe thats why it was a final sale.The look of dress is a 5 but the fit is a 3🙄

The dress is prettty, but the material is too thin and the padding in the chest is looking weird and uneven. It doesn’t fit properly at the top and leaves a gap,
I have never trusted to purchase a dress online for really important events because you just do not know what you will get. I was beyond satisfied with my purchase. It was true to size. The bottom hem was purposely left longer to customize to your length. The back a flap type cover behind the straps that you can fold-in in the case that you wanted an open back or not. On the day of the event I was really comfortable in it, walking, sitting and dancing. Very nicely and thoughtfully made.

I feel your return policy is a trap !!! It needs to be changed if you want a return customer. You need to refund the payment not a store CREDIT !!!!
