What is a Special Order?

A "Special Order" at SimplyDresses is a dress we currently do not have available in stock at our warehouse. Getting your dress requires we contact the designer directly in order to get specific information on the date your dress is available for delivery.

Special Ordering Guidelines

After placing your order with us, we will contact the designer to confirm the delivery date of your dress. If we can arrange delivery of your dress at least 5 days before your wear date, we will immediately place your order so that your dress is reserved for you. We do this because dresses sell out very quickly, especially during prom season. Once placed with a designer, your order cannot be cancelled. If your dress can not be delivered before your event date, your order will not be placed and we will contact you with any suitable options for your consideration. Please note: Your credit card will NOT be charged until we confirm we can delivery your dress in time for your event and your order is placed with the designer.
