Returns (What is your international policy?)

All international customers (excluding Canada) are responsible for paying any and all fees when shipping back an item (duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.).  You must contact us at support@simplydresses.com to receive a Return Authorization prior to sending your item back.  

EU and UK Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in the European Union and the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us at support@simplydresses.com before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Customers exercising their right of withdrawal are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund all amounts paid for the returned item, including applicable duties, taxes, and the cost of standard delivery, in accordance with applicable law.
This right does not apply to custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products, or other products excluded under applicable law.
