Returns (How do I return an item?)

Step 1: A Return Authorization must be requested within 10 days of receipt of the item.

Step 2: Put product in box.  Product must be in the polybag that it came in. 

Step 3: Print the shipping label sent via email or use the QR code (if applicable) when dropping off to the carrier.

Step 4: Ship to us no more than 10 days after receipt of the item.
