How do I shop online?

What happens when I place an order online?

If you provided a valid e-mail address during the purchase process, you will receive an e-mail message shortly after you make a purchase confirming your online order, shipment method, and the total amount to be charged to your credit card. Please note that we authorize the amount of the order when you place the order to validate your credit card, your credit card is charged within 3 days of placing the order. In the event that the product availability changes after the credit card has been charged, you will receive a refund in full for the unavailable product.

Can I order by phone?

Sure! We'd be happy to take your order by phone. U.S. customers call us toll free at 1-855-373-7736, or International at 001-302-279-1072 Monday - Friday from 8AM to 6PM EST. Chat hours are open from Monday - Friday from 8AM to 6PM EST. At other times, please leave a message with your name, phone number and time of day when you can be reached. Do you have a catalog?

Simply Dresses does not offer a catalog. All of our styles can be viewed and ordered on our website.

What are the lengths of your dresses?

Most of our long dresses are 57" long unless otherwise specified in the size chart. Most of our short dresses are 33” long unless otherwise specified in the size chart.

What is the fabric of your dresses?

If you need further clarification on dress fabrics that are not listed in the product description on the catalog page, please contact us.

Is my information secure using this site?

Yes, we use the latest technology to ensure your information is secure. To get more information, please read our privacy policy.

Do your products run true to size?

Each dress is made differently so it is best to check the size chart on the dress page that you are looking at for accurate sizing information.

How do I tell if a dress is available?

Unfortunately availability changes by the minute and we are unable to know availability on your dress until you place an order. Once your order is placed, we will either pull your dress from our inventory or a Simply Dresses employee will call the designer directly to order your dress. We will contact you ASAP to let you know when we can have this dress for you.

Where can I find the size chart?

Size charts vary for individual products and can be found by clicking the "Size Guide" link next to the size selection drop down menu on the product page.

Do you ship outside the US?

We can take orders for almost anywhere in the world! Please purchase all items through our website, and be sure to list your correct billing address (incorrect billing addresses may result in cancelled orders).

What are the shipping options?

What if my billing and shipping addresses are different?

If you have entered a billing address that does not match your credit card or a different billing and shipping address your order will go through our fraud prevention department and this will cause a delay with your order being processed.

How long will it take to get my package?

Most of the time, the dress you select will ship within 1 business day (in stock / not including weekends) and will arrive according to your shipping selection. However, there are some exceptions. Please read the policies page to learn more.

What is your return policy?

Simply Dresses happily accepts returns/exchanges for store credit or refunds with some exceptions. There is no restocking fee on the first two regular priced items. There is a $12 restocking fee for each additional regular priced item being returned. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you return your item within 3 days from receiving your order, return shipping is FREE! (Continental US only). If your package is postmarked after 3 days, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

How do I use my store credit?

After you add the item to your cart you will see a box that says code. Enter your store credit code in the box and click on the button to the right of the box labeled "Apply Code" to have the code applied. You will see the deduction to the price as soon as the code is applied.

When does store credit expire?

Your store credit code is valid for up to five years from the date it was issued.

What can I use my store credit on?

Your store credit can be used towards anything on the site except for the shipping cost.

Can I use my store credit with a coupon code?

Yes. You will need to contact our customer service at 1-855-373-7736 for assistance with applying a coupon to an order placed using store credit.
