Is it safe to order dresses from Simply Dresses during the Coronavirus outbreak?

Yes, in-stock dresses are already located in our U.S. warehouse and available for fast shipping, so you won’t have to worry about lengthy delays, quarantines overseas, or imported merchandise. We take great pride in our clean and well-run facilities, and will continue to ensure all dresses are packaged with care. We are also encouraging any team member that may feel ill to stay home in order to take care of themselves for everyone’s safety.

How will Coronavirus affect an order I already placed?

If you have already placed an order, you should have received shipping date information for each item at the time of your purchase. We are not currently experiencing any delays in regards to order processing and shipping, so your order should arrive as scheduled. Our team will notify you immediately if anything changes on our end.

Will I get my dress on time?

All dress orders are currently shipping on time without any delays. We do not expect to see any delays in the future, but we will keep you up to date on your order status and overall dress availability. How do I know which dresses are in stock and available to ship fast?

When selecting a size and color, you will see this message: “In Stock: Ships next business day!” Shop special occasion dresses that are in stock and available to ship from the U.S. and you’ll look simply stunning at your next event.

What happens if I purchase a dress that does not ship the next business day?

Once you select your size and favorite color in the dress you want to purchase, a scheduled ship date for that item will be displayed. In the event your shipping date changes after you have placed an order, we will notify you ASAP. Please keep an eye on your emails for updates regarding your order.
