You asked, we listened! Thanks to your feedback, we now accept returns for refunds or store credit!
The standard return policy for special occasion dress retailers is “No Returns”. However, it’s important to us that you love your purchase and we are than happy to exceed your expectations and offer returns for refund or store credit on most items.

You must request a return authorization number from us within 7 days after receiving your order. It can take 5-10 business days to process your refund /store credit once we receive your return.
If you need to exchange items are time sensitive due to an upcoming event, be sure to let us know and we will provide you with other options!
All items must be returned in the original condition as received. Sale items may be returned for Store Credit Only.
We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns for refund or store credit. You can receive a refund on all products except those marked "store credit only" or "sale." Sale items may be returned for store credit only. There is a 10% restocking fee for all refunds. Restocking fees are deducted from your final refund amount.
You can receive store credit on all products equivalent to the total value of your product purchase. Store credit is considered a payment method and can only be used for purchasing merchandise and cannot be applied to shipping costs.
To use your store credit, enter the code in the box called “PROMOTIONAL CODE” in your Shopping Bag. Click the button called “APPLY CODE” to see the new adjustment price once the code has been applied.
Simply Dresses offers pre-paid shipping labels. Using a shipping label will result in a shipping fee of $8 to be deducted from your final return amount.
