Our PoliciesReturn and Exchange Policy Return and Exchange policy If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your merchandise for store credit less shipping costs and restocking fees. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number. Exceptions: Important note: There are no returns, exchanges or cancellations on custom made, final sales, or sale merchandise. Stay up tape, lingerie, cosmetics, and visors will not be accepted for return. Please Note: Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 5 days of your receipt date and/or missing a return authorization number will be returned to you at your shipping expense. The goods must be returned in original condition. We have 100% inspection on merchandise leaving the warehouse. Returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and have all originals tags attached and in original packaging. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you. If you do not accept the item being returned to you, we will charge you 50% of the value of the item, plus shipping charges, as a restocking fee. Store credit is valid for one year after issue date. Restocking Fees: There is a 10% restocking fee for all single dress returns and exchanges. Returns of two or more dresses have restocking fees as followed: two dresses - 20% There is a 20% restocking fee for all non dress returns and exchanges. Low Price Guarantee If you find a lower price on any item we carry online, we will beat it +2%. If you have already purchased the item, and find a lower price in the next 15 days, we will refund the difference plus 2% Exceptions: Advertised price must be online and we must be able to see it!
