How do I shop online?

What happens when I place an order online?

If you provided a valid e-mail address during the purchase process, you will receive an e-mail message shortly after you make a purchase confirming your online order, shipment method, and the total amount to be charged to your credit card. Please note that we authorize the amount of the order when you place the order to validate your credit card, your credit card is charged within 3 days of placing the order. In the event that the product availability changes after the credit card has been charged, you will receive a refund in full for the unavailable product.

Can I order by phone?

Sure! We'd be happy to take your order by phone. U.S. customers call us toll free at 1-855-373-7736, or International at 302-279-1052 Monday - Friday from 8AM to 6PM EST. Chat hours are open from Monday - Friday from 8AM - 6PM EST. At other times, please leave a message with your name, phone number and time of day when you can be reached. If you can mention the style and size you are interested in, this will help us to respond faster to your needs.

Do you have a catalog?

Simply Dresses does not offer a catalog. All of our styles can be viewed and ordered on our website.

What are the lengths of your dresses?

Most of our long dresses are 57" long unless otherwise specified in the size chart. Most of our short dresses are 33” long unless otherwise specified in the size chart.

What type of fabric or material is used?

If you need further clarification on dress fabrics that are not listed in the product description on the catalog page, please contact us.

Is my information secure using this site?

Yes, we use the latest technology to ensure your information is secure. To get more information, please read our privacy policy.

Do your products run true to size?

Each dress is made differently so it is best to check the size chart on the dress page that you are looking at for accurate sizing information.

How do I tell if a dress is available?

Unfortunately availability changes by the minute and we are unable to know availability on your dress until you place an order. Once your order is placed, we will either pull your dress from our inventory or a Simply Dresses employee will call the designer directly to order your dress. We will contact you ASAP to let you know when we can have this dress for you.

Where can I find the size or swatch chart?

The size chart is located on the page of the item you are looking at right above the size drop down menu. Click on the buttons labeled "size chart" or "swatch chart" and the desired chart will pop up.

Shipping

Do you ship outside the US?

We can take orders for almost anywhere in the world! Please purchase all items through our website, and be sure to list your correct billing address (incorrect billing addresses may result in cancelled orders).

Can my order be shipped to a different country than the billing address?

This is determined based on the countries involved. For further information and assistance in regards to this please call customer service at 1-855-373-7736 weekdays from 8AM to 6PM EST.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most of the time, the dress you select will ship within 1 business day (in stock / not including weekends) and will arrive according to your shipping selection. However, there are some exceptions. Please read the policies page to learn more.

What if my billing and shipping addresses are different?

If you have entered a billing address that does not match your credit card or a different billing and shipping address your order will go through our fraud prevention department and this will cause a delay with your order being processed.

Returns

Simply Dresses happily accepts returns/exchanges for store credit or refunds with some exceptions. For all questions regarding returns or exchanges, please visit our returns page. Please be sure to read this page carefully before placing an order with Simply Dresses.

Store Credit

How do I use my store credit code?

After you add the item to your cart you will see a box that says code. Enter your store credit code in the box and click on the button to the right of the box labeled "Apply Code" to have the code applied. You will see the deduction to the price as soon as the code is applied.

How long before store credit expires?

Your store credit code is valid for up to five years from the date it was issued.

What can I use my store credit on?

Your store credit can be used towards anything on the site except for the shipping cost.

Can I use my store credit with a coupon code when placing an order?

Yes. You will need to contact our customer service at 1-855-373-7736 for assistance with applying a coupon to an order placed using store credit.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Order, PayPal and Simplydresses Store Credit. You can pay via checking account using PayPal. Get more information on payment options

I want to dye my shoes, what do I do?

If you selected "dye to match a dress order" when placing your shoe order, we will look up any recent orders you have placed with Simply Dresses and dye your shoes to match this dress. If there is more than one dress order, we will contact you to find out what color you need to dye your shoes.

If you selected "dye to match any colors", we will dye your shoes to match that general color. I.E. If you want sky blue shoes, do not select dye to match blue as they will be dyed blue. If your color is not shown on the selections, select "dye to match other".

If the color that you want to dye your shoes is not listed on the options, select "dyed other", and once the order is placed, visit our contact us page to submit an email with your order number and color you are dying your order.

If you have not selected "dye to match a swatch" or "dye to match a dress order", we are not responsible for your shoes not matching a certain color. The colors in our menu are general colors, and the manufacturer will dye them according to their guidelines.
