We accept returns for refund (less 10% restocking fee) or store credit. You can receive a refund on all products except those marked “store credit only” or "sale". Sale items may be returned for store credit only. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your package.

Once your dress is ordered, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
Comodo, our secure software (SSL), is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Most of our dresses are in stock! To find out if your dress is available, choose the size and color you would like from the product page and you will see the availability message.
It is rare, but sometimes the availability of special order dresses can change after you make your purchase. If this happens, we contact you immediately and will not charge your credit card.
Items marked as "Special Order" need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer. Based on the latest update from the designer, this item will be available to ship on the date provided. Please consider this date, plus the shipping time of your selected shipping method, to ensure the dress will arrive in time for your event.
If a dress is sold out and we do not have a listed ship date, then we do not currently have the dress coming back into stock.
Every dress has a different size chart. Size charts are available on each product page on the line marked “Size.”Be sure to check the size chart to get the best fit. You can always take a gown in if a part is too large, but you can’t let something out that is too small.
